A hospitality veteran with a career spanning more than three decades, Chris has owned and operated multiple award winning restaurants groups, independent concepts and led international hotel culinary operations including Grand Hyatt, Tokyo. Previously Co-founder & Culinary Director at Black Sheep Restaurants in Hong Kong, he oversaw the concept development and culinary direction of all 35+ venues within the group from ultra-premium dining destinations to dynamic neighborhood establishments.

Yadav
After graduating from Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne, Vidur developed his skills in f&b managing operations, openings, business development and brand management for Black Sheep Restaurants. He spearheaded projects such as michelin star New Punjab Club and Canton Disco at The Shanghai EDITION, their first foray into an international market. Founding Indian street food brand, Bengal Brothers, Vidur developed his skills as an entrepreneur and ensures the coherent strategic direction and seamless integration of AUDACE’s concepts within our partner hotels.
